chickpea fusilli: what's all the fuss about?

Simply astoundingly good. If you read a review that isn't singing the praises of this marvellous super fast fresh GLUTEN FREE pasta then you are reading a review by a person who gaily eats durum wheat pasta. Good luck to you mate. Don't gloat. But please don't interfere with others chance to eat pasta that is yummy, wonderful in texture, cooks super fast and fills up a gal really well and satisfyingly, helps with weight management and tastes great to boot. If you moan about the shortcomings of chickpea pasta v ordinary full gluten stuff, you then you might successfully put off and deny those of us whose delicate digestive systems cannot tolerate gluten, a chance to discover a true gem amongst pasta options. I don't know how Dell Ugo have achieved this but its BRILLIANT. Please try it but please don't seek to compare it to conventional high gluten durum wheat pasta because it is a totally different product. I keep a bag in the freezer and a bag open in the fridge. I serve it with sauces or pesto and its a fast filling dinner. Particularly good with Ajver (pepper and aubergine sauce) On the table in under 6 mins if kept in the fridge. Longer if cooking from frozen. Note that Dell Ugo dont make pepper and aubergine sauce but they might wish to consider adding it to their offering. Simone in London UK

KIND WORDS

Fried potato gnocchi with a poached egg on top, wow! I followed your recipe but swopped chorizo for pancetta and it's now an asked for dinner every week in our house!

Your gluten free pasta is delicious - even my gluten-eater husband doesn't mind eating it! It cooks in a few minutes just like 'normal' pasta, has a good bite and is very tasty. I only wish you sold bigger packs.
