Chicken & Chorizo Mozzarella Bake
A gloriously gooey, easy pasta bake, using our Chicken & Chorizo Tortelli.
My family absolutely love this pasta bake! The crunchy golden breadcrumbs on top of the mozzarella topping gives a great texture and finish to this slightly spicy bake. Make sure you make enough, because my family always go up for second helpings!
250g Dell'Ugo Chicken & Chorizo Tortelli (Buy now)
500ml chunky passata
50g black olives, sliced
125g mozzarella, grated
100g fresh breadcrumbs
½ lemon, zested
Fresh basil leaves to garnish
Preheat the oven to 170C. In bowl stir together the Chicken & Chorizo Tortelli, passata and black olives.
Pour into an ovenproof dish and then sprinkle over the cheese followed by the breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
Add the lemon zest and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes until piping hot and the breadcrumbs are golden in colour.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve with a crisp salad.
