We guarantee that your products can be kept in the fridge for at least 7 days upon delivery. Most of our products are suitable for freezing, and this information will be detailed within the product descriptions on our website and on the packaging itself. Please read instructions on packaging for details on how to freeze safely and how to cook from frozen.

Product Info

Yes! We have a fantastic range of products which suit most dietary needs and preferences, including Vegan, Vegetarian and products which are free from the top 14 allergens. We’re proud to say all of our Vegetarian products have been accredited by The Vegetarian Society, our Vegan products have been accredited by The Vegan Society and our Gluten-Free products have been accredited by Coeliac UK.

Allergen information will be displayed for each product listed on our website, within the “Ingredients and allergens” tab underneath the product description. Allergens are also highlighted in bold within the ingredients on the packaging.

You'll find nutritional information for all each product displayed within the “Nutrition” tab underneath the product description. Nutrition information is also listed on the packaging.

We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously here at Dell’Ugo and have been working hard to secure fully recyclable solutions across our product ranges. We have now successfully changed our tray insert to be fully compostable and we are now continuing to work hard to find recyclable solutions for our plastic packaging.
The boxes and insulation which we deliver our Direct by Dell’Ugo orders in are fully recyclable and the ice packs are re-usable.

Delivery

We currently deliver Tuesday – Friday across the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Guernsey Islands, and Scotland inc. all Scottish islands. We do not deliver to PO boxes and BFPO.

We currently do not offer delivery on Bank holidays, or the day after a bank holiday day.

DHL will send you an email confirmation once you have placed your order. You will then have the option to select a preferred neighbour or “safe place” where your delivery can be left. For more information, head to our Terms & Conditions.

The day before delivery, DHL will send you an email with a link to track your order. On delivery day, you will also receive email updates about your order which will give you an estimated delivery time.

Delivery Issues

We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure every order is delivered to you on time. If your pasta has not been delivered to your designated address by 5pm on the delivery day you selected, please let us know.

Please contact us no later than 11:00am the day before your requested delivery date in order for us to change the delivery address in time.

I'm missing an item from my order:

We’re really sorry if this has occurred. DHL is always training their couriers to ensure your safe space instructions are followed. In the rare event your delivery is not in its safe place, kindly double check other possible spots and ensure it has not been left with a neighbour.
