We pride ourselves on only using free-range eggs in our fresh pasta. All free-range hens in the UK are temporarily being kept indoors on Government veterinary advice, to keep them safe from avian influenza. This means that food products made with free-range eggs, may currently contain Barn Eggs from free-range hens housed in barns for the short term. We will be sure to keep you posted on updates

We use only the finest semolina sourced from the wheat fields around Altamura in Puglia, known for producing the highest quality durum wheat in the world. For years we have been working exclusively with our family miller whose expertise dates back to 1877.
