We guarantee that your products can be kept in the fridge for at least 7 days upon delivery. Items can be frozen, check back of pack for details & add 1 minute to cook time.

Really good value only marked down from 5 to 4 as items in mystery meal are not all my personal taste . Overall would highly recommend .
