We guarantee that your products can be kept in the fridge for at least 7 days upon delivery.

Item can be frozen, check back of pack for details & please de-frost thoroughly before cooking.

Next Day Delivery is available on all orders placed before 11.30am.

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £25, with a £4.95 charge for orders under £25.

To keep our pasta fresh, our courier will deliver your order within 24 hours of collection.

Dell’Ugo delivers via a third party courier service, to any address within the England and Wales only, excluding Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scotland inc. all Scottish islands and do not deliver to PO boxes and BFPO. We are currently in the process of arranging a courier service who will allow for next-day Scotland deliveries.

You'll be asked to choose your delivery date at the checkout and our courier will contact you directly once your order has been dispatched, so that you can track your package.

Please choose a delivery date when you know you will be available during the day to receive your order. You will receive a delivery window in the morning of your delivery, but those time slots are at their discretion.

We do understand however that life is busy and sometimes you have to pop out. If that's case, please choose the 'deliver to a safe place' or 'deliver to a neighbour' option.

If you're not in to sign for your order and one of the alternative delivery options was not selected, we're afraid that - as our pasta is a perishable item - the courier is required to destroy your order.

Pinsa: Wheat flour, water, re-milled durum wheat semolina, sourdough (4.9%) (wheat flour, water), extra-virgin olive oil (4.7%), salt, barley malt, wheat malted flour, gluten, yeast.

Truffle flavoured butter: Unsalted butter (milk) (89%), Parmesan cheese (milk), lemon juice, truffle oil (1.7%) (extra virgin olive oil, olive oil, black truffle flavouring, dried black truffle), salt, black pepper.

When you find “the one”!

Oh wow, this and the Italian Pinsa are just incredible. I’ve made an exception to actually write a review because it’s so good. I live in the Outer Hebrides and found this in a local deli. (Loom shed}. Can’t wait to try your other products.

Delicious

I was intrigued to try this bread after having tried the chimichurri pinsa and I just can’t fault these delicious breads. The butters melt perfectly onto this light and crispy bread, definitely a new favourite in our house! Will buy again

Fried potato gnocchi with a poached egg on top, wow! I followed your recipe but swopped chorizo for pancetta and it's now an asked for dinner every week in our house!

Your gluten free pasta is delicious - even my gluten-eater husband doesn't mind eating it! It cooks in a few minutes just like 'normal' pasta, has a good bite and is very tasty. I only wish you sold bigger packs.
