Succulent lobster, infused with champagne and creamy mascarpone, delicately wrapped in fresh, free range egg pasta parcels

Lobster and champagne are a classic pairing. These free range egg pasta parcels are filled with tender lobster meat mixed with smooth mascarpone and a splash of champagne for a creamy, balanced flavour. A touch of garlic and herbs result in a special and indulgent, restaurant quality dish.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within use by date. Use within 3 months. Do not re-freeze.

  1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
  2. Add your pasta. No need to pull the parcels apart, they will separate during cooking.
  3. Boil gently for 4 minutes (5 minutes).
  4. Drain and serve in warmed bowls with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, melted butter or your favourite sauce.

 

Next Day Delivery is available on all orders placed before 11.00am, Monday-Thursday (Exception Bank Holiday's). Any orders placed after 11:00am on Thursday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Enjoy free delivery on orders over £25, with a £4.95 charge for orders under £25.

To keep our pasta fresh, our courier will deliver your order within 24 hours of collection.

Dell’Ugo delivers via a third party courier service, to any address within the England and Wales only, excluding Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scotland inc. all Scottish islands and do not deliver to PO boxes and BFPO. We are currently in the process of arranging a courier service who will allow for next-day Scotland deliveries.

You'll be asked to choose your delivery date at the checkout and our courier will contact you directly once your order has been dispatched, so that you can track your package.

Please choose a delivery date when you know you will be available during the day to receive your order. You will receive a delivery window in the morning of your delivery, but those time slots are at their discretion.

We do understand however that life is busy and sometimes you have to pop out. If that's case, please choose the 'deliver to a safe place' or 'deliver to a neighbour' option.

If you're not in to sign for your order and one of the alternative delivery options was not selected, we're afraid that - as our pasta is a perishable item - the courier is required to destroy your order.

Your gluten free pasta is delicious - even my gluten-eater husband doesn't mind eating it! It cooks in a few minutes just like 'normal' pasta, has a good bite and is very tasty. I only wish you sold bigger packs.
