The delivery arrived very well packaged, only the tortollini had suffered wrapping damage. We ate this immediatly, the flavours were somewhat restrained, I expected them to be more pronunced. Reviewing the crab & crayfish tortolloni, again the flavours were mild. Having purchased 2 lots, the second I made with a shrimp stock and shallot cream sauce, this more suited the tortolloni. I would reccoment your products to my friends for them to create their own opinon. Thanks
